Jack Osbourne was one of the world’s first reality stars. As the son of rock legends, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, he grew up in the spotlight. Then, when his family let MTV into their home for The Osbournes, eight million people got a front row seat to his teenage years.

But growing up in the spotlight wasn’t always easy. In this conversation, Jack reflects on being dragged into bars at 16, struggling with addiction and the moment he began turning his life around.

Now a dad of five, Jack reflects on how far he’s come, the recent heartbreak of losing his dad, Ozzy and he shares why he wants to keep Ozzy’s legacy alive with AI.

    In this conversation Jack shares:

    • What life was really like at the height of The Osbournes
    • The best thing about his dad, Ozzy
    • How fame and alcohol helped him rebel as a teenager
    • Why living with MS doesn’t scare him
    • How he hopes to keep Ozzy’s legacy alive with AI

Jack is a reminder that who you were when you were younger doesn’t have to define who you become.

Tinie Tempah made his name as a pioneer of the grime scene. Over the past 15 years, he’s built an incredible career, racking up more than five billion streams and giving us iconic hits like Pass Out, Miami 2 Ibiza and Girls Like.

I was so excited to sit down with him on Great Company. And one thing that really stuck with me was just how much he has always believed that he'd be successful.

But for Tinie, that's not just been wishful thinking. He’s always had a clear vision for his life and been intentional about making it happen. Winning at life has always been the goal and that means embracing failures, learning lessons and being open to new opportunities.

    In this conversation Tinie shares:

    • How he manifested his music career

    • What his mum taught him about hard work and success

    • His fear of being a one hit wonder

    • Why he stepped back from music for nine years - and what’s brought him back

This conversation is a reminder that believing in yourself is the first step to achieving anything.

    Shownotes

Bea Elton, known online as Clean With Bea, deep cleans homes for free, helping people who are often struggling with their mental health or going through an incredibly difficult time.

The jobs can be extreme, with some homes containing mice, maggots, years of built up rubbish and conditions that could be classed as biohazards.

Bea transforms these spaces into clean, liveable homes and shares the journey with her six million followers online.

But Bea’s work is about much more than cleaning. She is passionate about showing that people who are struggling need kindness and support, not judgement.

    In this conversation, Bea shares:

    - Why she started making cleaning content

    - The stories of the people she helps

    - How her work has grown into campaigning and driving social change

    - What motivates her to keep going and caring for people

Bea is a really special person. She’s a reminder that we can all do more to help others - and that sometimes, simply choosing to care can make a real difference.

With a new series of Celebrity Traitors starting this week, I thought it was the perfect time to revisit my conversation with everyone's favourite Faithful, Nick Mohammed.

Last year, we all watched Nick come agonisingly close to winning the show. Away from the castle, he’s best known for his awkwardly hilarious comedy character, Mr Swallow, and his Emmy-nominated turn as Nathan Shelley in Ted Lasso.

In this Great Moment, Nick reveals what it was really like inside the castle, and why going on Celebrity Traitors was only possible thanks to one person, his wife, Becca.

Rob Beckett burst onto the comedy scene 15 years ago. Since then, he’s become one of the UK’s most successful and popular comedians - from his sell-out stand up tours to his hit podcast Parenting Hell, Rob & Romesh Vs and now, Celebrity Traitors.

I'd been trying to get Rob on the show for years, so finally sitting down with him for a proper laugh was a real pinch-me moment.

Behind the jokes is a comedian who's found his voice, stopped worrying about what other people think, and uses it to give us all a bit of light relief from the doom and gloom in the world.

    In this conversation, Rob shares:

    • Being told he was stupid by a teacher and how it stayed with him
    • How he found his voice as a comedian
    • The moment on Rob vs Romesh he realised he was burnt out
    • How having kids holds a mirror up to your own childhood
    • A surprise message from his wife, Lou

George Clarke is one of the biggest British social media stars of his generation, followed by millions of people online.

He’s gone from posting funny videos in his university bedroom to making regular Sidemen appearances and reaching the Strictly Come Dancing final last year.

George’s rise happened faster than he ever expected. What surprised me most, though, was discovering that behind the funny videos is a self-confessed introvert who’s had to learn to live his life in the public eye.

    In our conversation, George shares:

    • Growing up as an introvert but always wanting to be a YouTuber
    • His Mum’s health struggles & why she’s his hero
    • His thoughts on KSI leaving the Sidemen

Now she's back…And this time, she's tackling weight loss drugs.

What started as a prescription treatment for diabetes has become a global cultural phenomenon, with millions now taking GLP-1s to lose weight.

Michael Owen is one of England’s greatest strikers and football’s original Golden Boy. He signed for Liverpool at just 17, became England's youngest World Cup goalscorer and won the prestigious Ballon d'Or aged 21.

    But injuries changed everything.

At the top of his game, and far too early into his career, Michael’s body let him down. He moved from club to club, determined to keep playing the sport he loved, before eventually retiring in 2013.

In our conversation, Michael opens up about the highs, the low and how his family has kept him grounded throughout it all. He shares:

    • What it was like being England’s Golden Boy
    • How it felt when his body betrayed him aged 21
    • How his son, James, is clinically blind and hasn't let it hold him back
    • What he really thinks about his ‘boring’ image

From surviving that to promoting some of the biggest nights in boxing, Frank has seen it all.

    In this conversation, Frank shares:

    • The moment he was shot and nearly killed in 1989
