Always Elvis Radio

As a specialized digital offshoot of the Danish Radio ABC Gruppen, this format is dedicated exclusively to the repertoire of Elvis Presley. The station is organizationally integrated into the Radio Alfa network, which is regionally rooted in areas such as Østjylland, Aarhus, or Silkeborg. Unlike the main programs with their moderated shows such as “Retro TOP40” by Poul Foged or “Good Times Weekend” with Jan Bjerrum, this offering focuses on a continuous sequence of tracks by the “King of Rock ‘n’ Roll”. The range spans from early Rockabilly recordings to the late ballads of the 1970s.

Technical distribution is primarily via the web player and mobile applications of the station group based in Randers. While the parent stations broadcast on local FM frequencies, this channel serves as a thematic complement to the group’s broader pop and gold offering. In addition to well-known worldwide hits, rarer live recordings and studio outtakes also find their place in the programming. This provides the operator with a permanent digital hub for the Danish fan community, functioning independently from the regional news and daily magazines of the Radio ABC main channels.
