bigFM Throwback

The web radio channel bigFM Throwback focuses entirely on musical classics from the realms of hip-hop and urban music. As a digital niche broadcaster of the well-known German radio brand bigFM, the program complements the terrestrial offering with a pure nostalgia stream aimed at fans of rap and R&B history.

The musical concept specifically dedicates itself to retro anthems and style-defining tracks from past decades that made the genre great. Without classic terrestrial FM or DAB+ frequencies, the channel is distributed nationwide via the digital platforms and web radio players of the station family.
