Capital South Coast

The British radio station Capital South Coast operates as a regionally focused station in the south of England and is entirely dedicated to contemporary pop music in its programming profile. Musically, a consistent mix dominates, combining fresh chart hits, commercial pop productions, electronically influenced dance tracks and modern R&B numbers that reflect the pulse of the international music scene and are firmly anchored in the British radio format.

The programme is specifically aimed at a young, urban audience in cities such as Southampton, Portsmouth and the adjoining coastal areas of the English south coast. As part of the established station network, the radio format combines the latest hits with concise information and entertainment. Without genre-crossing experiments, the direct delivery of contemporary pop culture and the most fashionable artists is at the centre of the daily broadcast schedule.
