CINEMIX

The French online radio Cinemix dedicates its entire program to the world of film music. This ad-free, non-commercial project licenses its broadcasts through the French collecting societies SACEM and SPRE. The musical focus is on orchestral soundtracks, well-known film themes, and atmospheric scores from various decades of film history.

The station’s funding is based entirely on voluntary donations from listeners. Supporters, as registered users, gain access to extended features, including a high-resolution HD stream, music requests from the internal database, and an overview of recently played tracks. In addition to the main channel, the team operates a second offering with Cinemix Extras, which provides thematic playlists. Reception is available worldwide via web browser as well as through dedicated apps for mobile devices running iOS and Android.
