Costa Del Mar Smooth Jazz

Costa Del Mar Smooth Jazz is a radio station from Spain dedicated to jazz. The name refers to the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca, i.e., the Mediterranean coast where many of the station’s listeners are presumably located. Nothing certain is known about the coverage area, carrier, or founding year for this profile text, so the description remains intentionally brief.

The focus is on smooth jazz, a calm, melodic style of jazz with soft tones, catchy melodies, and a gentle rhythm. Anyone looking for a station that plays jazz more as relaxed background music rather than in the style of bebop or free jazz will find the right direction here.
