About the station
Crooner Radio is a digital radio service which, according to its own information, can be received throughout France via DAB+. The station describes itself as a station for vocal jazz, swing and great entertainment music. The website also offers live streams on the internet, an app for smartphones and tablets, and podcasts.
The focus lies on thematic channels, each dedicated to individual performers or musical styles. Alongside Julio Iglesias, there are channels for Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Barbra Streisand, Céline Dion, Michael Bublé and Elvis Presley, as well as channels such as Swing, Lounge, Movies and Italiano. The Julio Iglesias channel is therefore only one of many building blocks. The classification as a Latin station therefore reflects the overall profile only to a limited extent.
