KINK

The Dutch station KINK has dedicated itself entirely to alternative rock music and broadcasts its programming via digital distribution channels such as DAB+, apps, and streaming platforms. Musically, the repertoire ranges from current releases to genre-defining classics, which are played on dedicated themed channels such as KINK 80’s, KINK 90’s, or the harder-edged channel KINK Distortion. The music selection is complemented by regular shows and editorial segments presented by presenters such as Jim Vorwald.

In addition to the regular live programming, the medium offers numerous podcasts, hit charts such as the KINK 1500, as well as live sessions from the station’s own bunker environment. Furthermore, the station acts as a concert organizer under the name KINK Presents and presents live performances by international rock and alternative bands at venues such as the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam.
