Los 40 Dance

Los 40 Dance is a Spanish radio station specializing in dance, EDM, techno, and house music. It was created in 2018 through the rebranding of the existing dance station Máxima FM, which had been broadcasting since 2001, by the media group Prisa Radio.

Los 40 Dance is part of the Los 40 family, which originally launched in 1966 as a music program and became an independent network in 1979. The station offers current club rhythms, national and international dance hits, as well as special shows featuring well-known DJs. Following the rebranding, it has increasingly focused on digital platforms and apps, complemented by remaining FM frequencies in selected regions.

Los 40 Dance targets a young, dynamic audience and covers various dance subgenres, including chillout elements. It is part of a portfolio that targets audiences such as classic or pop listeners.
