Marusya FM

Marusya FM is a Russian radio station based in Moscow that primarily specializes in contemporary Russian pop music and dance tracks. The program consistently focuses on current hits and popular Russian-language productions. In addition to the musical rotation, regularly broadcast content includes special podcast formats such as Diskoteka Marusya FM, which focuses on danceable electronic music and regularly supplies listeners with new mixes. The station is operated by LLC Effect and targets an audience that prefers current national charts and Russian pop culture.

Reception of the station takes place primarily via the Internet and the official website, which, in addition to the live stream, offers interactive elements for listeners. A special feature of the platform is the gamification concept: users can register via services such as VKontakte or Yandex and participate in the so-called Top-Listeners ranking. Active listeners who position themselves among the monthly top spots receive benefits such as an ad-free use of the stream. In addition, the station offers a dedicated mobile app for Android and iOS to extend its reach beyond the web browser to mobile devices.
