laut.fm – Meggpool

Behind the radio project Meggpool on the platform laut.fm hides a purely digitally distributed web radio from Germany. The station has devoted itself musically to Jazz and offers listeners a continuous examination of this multifaceted genre. Operated as an independent internet radio, the project broadcasts without classic terrestrial FM frequencies and instead relies on worldwide accessibility via livestream.

In the rotation, various currents of improvised music can be found, ranging from classic historical recordings to contemporary productions. There are no fixed editorial programs or moderated segments in the broadcast schedule; instead, the seamless sequencing of coordinated music pieces takes center stage. Thus, the offering is specifically aimed at an audience that, aside from major broadcaster structures, seeks special sounds.
