Metro Hits Radio

Under the umbrella of the Bulgarian network Metro Cast, Metro Hits Radio operates as a purely digital broadcaster. The programming focuses primarily on current pop music, which is streamed worldwide in both HD and SD quality. The station is just one part of Metro Cast’s extensive station family, which includes niche programmes such as Metro Dance, various Love formats, Smooth One Jazz, and the classical-music-oriented Metro Virtuoso. The technical infrastructure for the web radio is managed through Metro Cast’s WordPress-based system, which provides access to the numerous streams via a central web platform.

In addition to the purely musical channels, the network also produces moderated content. The programme schedule includes the show Bodra Sмяна, presented by a team led by Андрей, Гергана and Пати. This show stands out from the automated music segments and offers a human element in an otherwise strongly music-sequence-oriented digital offering. The technical delivery is handled through external radio player solutions that are directly integrated into the station’s website, enabling worldwide access to the Bulgarian pop portfolio.
