musiconly – Schlager und Discofox Live

Behind musiconly lies an Austrian provider of customized audio concepts and background music that specializes primarily in the sonorization of gastronomy, establishments, bars and cafés. Instead of classic radio transmissions, the concept relies on dedicated music computers from Hewlett Packard that are installed directly on site at the customer’s location.

The company, based in Vienna, deliberately works without classic Internet streaming services. The sound files and hand‑picked playlists are stored locally on the mini‑desktops to ensure continuous playback independent of constant network connections. The portfolio includes time‑of‑day dependent programming from morning hours until late evening.

Among the well‑known references of the service provider are, for example, the Summerstage at the Vienna Danube Canal, the Thum Schinkenbar in the inner city and the Restaurant Aumann in Währing. In addition to lounge and chillout sounds, the team also implements specific music concepts for sports bars and event venues beyond Austria’s borders.
