MyNoise Space Odyssey

The project MyNoise, originating from Belgium, offers an innovative approach to acoustic environments with its specialized audio streams such as MyNoise Space Odyssey. Instead of classic radio shows with moderated contributions and advertising, the service relies on seamless, uninterrupted soundscapes. Users receive individually adjustable soundscapes that combine nature recordings, ambient music, and synthetic noise structures.

The repertoire includes a variety of thematic generators and preset streams, including natural settings such as Irish Coast with sea waves, rain, and wind, as well as urban ambiances or spacecraft-like sound textures. The acoustic environments are specifically designed so that they can easily be faded out by the human brain to effectively mask background noise.

Behind the platform is an ad-free concept financed by voluntary contributions and completely dispenses with traditional broadcasting structures. In addition to its web presence, the service is also accessible via mobile applications for iOS and Android as well as via voice assistants, to integrate the soundscapes directly into the living or working environment.
