About the station
NRJ Kizomba is a web radio offering from the French NRJ group (eNRJ), available free of charge as a livestream via the website nrj.fr. The station belongs to the World Music category and focuses on Kizomba, a dance music style originating in Angola with roots in Afro-Latin rhythms, which has a large community in France.
Research on the website provides little concrete information about this station: apart from the name, there is only a track reference (“Gabarolas kiko kibeija”), which presumably shows the currently playing title. Information on founding year, presenters, shows or broadcast area is missing. The page also contains texts about other NRJ programmes, such as the slogan “Hit Music Only” of the main station, which does not refer to Kizomba. Reliable statements about the programme structure are therefore only possible to a limited extent.
