About the station
NRJ Maurice is the Mauritius station of the NRJ brand. The website lists three frequencies for different regions of the island: 92.4 MHz for Port-Louis and Souillac in the north and south, 94.9 MHz for Saint-Julien and Le Morne in the east and southwest, and 90.8 MHz for Curepipe in the centre.
The focus is on pop. Each week the station publishes a top 3 list of hits and a clip of the week. The current selection features Bruno Mars with “I Just Might”, Tii & Tipti with “Freestyle” and Jonas Blue feat. Malive with “Edge of Desire”. Under the hashtag #NRJDANBAZ the site provides additional content, but this is not described in more detail.
According to the programme overview, the schedule includes the NRJ Morning Show on weekdays from 6 to 10 a.m., the NRJ Zen format on weekdays from 2 to 3 p.m., and NRJ Afterwork Monday to Thursday from 7 to 10 p.m. The presenters are listed on the website, but the research does not name them.
