Radio Obedira

From the Paraguayan capital Asunción, Radio Obedira broadcasts a Christian-oriented radio program on FM frequency 102.1 MHz for the capital region of Gran Asunción as well as worldwide via livestreams. Operated by the Red de Comunicación Obedira, the medium, with its evangelical orientation, specifically targets the country’s Christian community.

The musical focus is on contemporary Christian music, Spanish-language gospel, and worship and praise formats by Latin American as well as international artists. The music is complemented by regular slots for daily devotions, sermons, prayer rounds, and pastoral care broadcasts.

In its moderated magazine shows, the station also addresses social issues, life guidance, and parenting questions on a Christian value basis. Listener feedback and personal prayer requests form a central element of the daily broadcasting from Paraguay.
