laut.fm – Schweden

Via the German streaming platform laut.fm, the internet radio Schweden broadcasts, dedicating itself entirely to Jazz. As a purely digital project, the station forgoes traditional terrestrial frequencies and is instead directly accessible via the net. The focus consistently lies on a specialized musical profile, which is presented here in numerous facets ranging from atmospheric, Nordic-inspired compositions to reduced Jazz arrangements.

The concept does without classic editorial verbal contributions, news, or fixed host segments. Instead, a continuous, flowing music stream shapes the program, where improvised instrumental pieces and complex sound structures seamlessly blend into one another. Listeners immerse themselves in a calm, focused acoustic environment that deliberately conveys the fine nuances of this music genre and targets an audience specifically seeking digital niche radio.
