Schwendermarkt

Schwendermarkt is not a radio station, but a historic market square in the 15th district of Vienna, Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus. The market was founded on October 4, 1833, and is one of the oldest still existing markets in Vienna. Originally known as a fish market, Schwendermarkt today offers a diverse assortment with around 20 stalls. The market lies between Mariahilfer Straße, Dadlergasse, and Schwendergasse and is open Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 9 pm. A tram stop for lines 52 and 60 bears its name.
