Top Oldies Radio

Top Oldies Radio positions itself as a pure internet radio station that focuses exclusively on the music history of the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. The programme is broadcast as a linear stream without elaborate spoken segments and instead relies on a continuous music concept. The playlist covers a wide spectrum: from the early Rock’n’Roll roots with artists such as Elvis Presley or the Beatles, through the disco era with performers like the Bee Gees, to the synth-pop anthems and stadium classics of Michael Jackson or Queen, the musical selection is extensive.

The station, which is technically realised through the laut.fm platform, largely dispenses with spoken contributions and thus positions itself as a music companion available around the clock. In addition to the musical core, the web offering provides editorial content under the section Oldies News & Stories, which deals with artist biographies and the backgrounds of legendary songs. The project is part of a network of various genre-specific stations that can be accessed via top-oldies.de and reach users without subscription models through browsers, apps, or smart speakers.
