Triple M Sydney

Triple M Sydney is a long-standing Australian radio station receivable via the FM frequency 104.9 MHz in the Greater Sydney area. The station focuses musically on a rock format and is a permanent part of the LiSTNR network. Besides the musical orientation, Triple M Sydney strongly profiles itself through comprehensive sports coverage. Under the label Triple M Footy, the station provides detailed coverage of Australian sports leagues, with a particular focus on broadcasts and analyses of the NRL (National Rugby League) as well as the AFL (Australian Football League).

The program includes, alongside the sports focuses and rock music, regular competition promotions as well as an own newsroom that provides up-to-date information in cooperation with 7News. The station sees itself as a regional entity that, through partnerships with local teams such as the Sydney Kings, is also present in the city beyond the pure audio program. Distribution takes place classically terrestrially via FM as well as digitally via app streaming and web player.
