1.FM – Absolute 90s Party Zone

The US-based online service 1.FM operates an extensive network of digital audio streams, which also includes the specialized station Absolute 90s Party Zone. The offering is specifically aimed at listeners who wish to musically transport themselves back to the last decade of the twentieth century. Instead of being broadcast via traditional FM frequencies or a regional broadcast area, the purely digital format spreads via worldwide internet connections.

Musically, the station consistently focuses on the commercially and club-culturally defining styles of this era. The rotation comprises a dynamic mix of Eurodance, pop, alternative rock, grunge, and early electronic club hits from the 1990s. Users receive the stream around the clock via the network’s official web presence as well as dedicated mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.
