011.FM – Totally 90s

The US-American online radio station 011.FM – Totally 90s is entirely devoted to the music and lifestyle of the 1990s. Without regional FM frequencies or a traditional broadcast area, the program is receivable worldwide via the Internet and targets listeners who specifically seek the sounds of this decade.

Musically, the station covers the full breadth of the decade. The repertoire includes defining pop anthems, alternative rock bangers, grunge guitars, and Eurodance tracks that dominated the decade radio‑wise. The focus is consistently on the chart hits and the best-known music videos of the MTV era of that time.

The purely stream‑based format dispenses with conventional terrestrial broadcast structures and instead offers a nonstop music mix. Thus the channel functions as a pure genre stream, transferring the acoustic identity of the 1990s into the digital space.
