laut.fm – Balkan Orient Deluxe

Hit radio Balkan Orient Deluxe was founded in September 2018 in Würzburg by DJ and party organizer Silvio Kessmann, known as DJ Stahlin. The online radio station, available via the laut.fm platform, is dedicated to the music scene between the Balkans and the Orient as well as neighboring regions.

The station’s musical spectrum ranges from current hits to traditional classics. The playlist includes tracks from Balkan countries such as Romania, Albania, Greece and the states of former Yugoslavia, extends across Turkey and the Turkic peoples of Central Asia to the Maghreb states, the Mashrek, the Arabian Peninsula, Iran and South Asia including Pakistan and India.

With this specialized concept, the internet radio based in Randersacker near Würzburg specifically targets listeners who seek sounds from these cultural regions beyond the major commercial mainstream waves.
