laut.fm – Hrw

Hit-Radio-Wilhelmshaven, kurz HRW, operates as a digital programme via the laut.fm platform and is geographically rooted in the city of the same name on the North Sea coast. Although the station is also assigned to the children’s songs category, the music selection focuses primarily on a compilation of current pop, international hip-hop and German rap. Classic moderation elements or longer spoken-word segments are omitted to ensure a continuous flow of music. Distribution takes place exclusively online via web streams and integrations for smart speakers and mobile apps.

The repertoire includes well-known artists such as Eminem, Imagine Dragons, Adele and Billie Eilish. The rotation is supplemented by German-language acts such as Bausa, Sarah Connor or SDP. A fixed component of the daily schedule is the slot HRW1! – Musik für den Tag, which is broadcast until 14:00. Behind the offering is a private operator who also establishes references to local photography via Instagram, thus creating a connection between the acoustic programme and visual content from the region.
