Music FM

On the Côte d’Azur, Music FM is a fixture in Monaco’s radio landscape. The station focuses entirely on the pop genre and delivers a sonic cross-section of international chart music. Current top hits from international hit lists are at the centre of the rotation, complemented by memorable pop productions from the past two decades. The programming eschews lengthy spoken segments in favour of a high density of music tracks that underscore the Mediterranean lifestyle and urban flair of the principality.

The sonic direction of Music FM conveys the dynamism and glamour of its location. The broadcast loops feature predominantly catchy melodies, distinctive hooks and electronically produced beats that work both in the urban environment and on the Mediterranean beaches. While the programme is formally and content-wise tailored to pop fans, the station remains true to its reputation as a direct musical companion, without distracting with complex moderation stretches. Music FM thus establishes itself as a go-to station for listeners seeking consistent modern pop, set against the specific atmosphere of Monaco.
