Schlager Radio – Sachsen

Schlager Radio – Sachsen is the regional variant of the private radio station Schlager Radio, which specializes in German schlager music. The program features 24 hours of non-stop schlager from artists such as Helene Fischer, Roland Kaiser, Ute Freudenberg and Karat, complemented by news from Saxony, Germany and around the world, as well as entertainment with games and good cheer.

Since April 3, 2021, the station has been officially available via DAB+ throughout Saxony. Moderator Maxi Biewer delivers the weekend weather on Fridays at 7:50 AM. The network’s presenters include Bert Beel, Normen Strähne, Andreas ‘Andy’ Schmidt and others. The station is operated by radio B2 GmbH, with Oliver Dunk as managing director.

In addition to DAB+, Schlager Radio is also available online as a live stream and targets schlager fans in the Free State of Saxony.
