Air Zen

AirZen Radio is the first national French radio station 100% positive, dedicated to well-being. Launched on October 12, 2021, it is the only new national station in 20 years, licensed by the CSA. Carried by the Mediameeting Group, founded by Anne-Marie de Couvreur, Frédéric Courtine and Jean-Louis Simonet, it broadcasts from Bordeaux.

The program comprises 70% spoken content and 30% music from the 1960s to today, structured into four verticals: Mieux-être (well-being), Mieux consommer (better consumption), Mieux agir (better action) and Mieux travailler (better work). With 300 podcasts per week and only 4 minutes of advertising per hour, it creates a freemium model with subscriptions for ad‑free content.

AirZen is a DAB+ pure‑player with national coverage from Paris to Nice, complemented by a web stream. It offers optimistic content, solutions journalism and accompanies listeners towards a better life.
