FIP Pop

The French online radio station Fip Pop is a pure web programme compiled by the music editors of the public-service broadcaster family Fip in France. The advertising-free and free streaming offer focuses musically exclusively on the pop genre in all its facets.

Both current productions and older recordings are in rotation. The spectrum ranges from modern indie-pop music via electronically tinged sounds to classics of pop history. Among the artists represented in the programme are formations and artists such as Jungle, Hooverphonic, Myd, De Staat, as well as more traditional acts like Gerry And The Pacemakers and The Chordettes.

The digital programme can be accessed via the official web presence of Radio France. In addition to the pure music sequence, the station provides detailed information about the played tracks, albums and involved record labels such as Columbia, XL Recordings or Parlophone via its playlist history.
