BNR Radio Sofia

From its studios in the Bulgarian capital, BNR Radio Sofia informs its listeners as the regional arm of Bulgaria’s public national radio about current events. The station is consistently dedicated to news journalism and covers the political, social, and cultural life of the greater Sofia area on a daily basis. At the center are in-depth reports, live coverage, interviews with decision-makers, and comprehensive analyses of local and national events.

Alongside hard news, magazine programs, traffic information, and weather reports shape the programming profile of this talk station. The editorial team only discreetly weaves music into the daily program to preserve its informational character. The public broadcasting offering is thus specifically aimed at an audience that values reliable, fact-based information and critical journalism from first-hand sources.
