BNR Radio Varna

The Bulgarian regional programme BNR Radio Varna broadcasts from the port city of Varna and provides the Black Sea region with up-to-date information. As part of the state radio BNR, the station focuses its editorial efforts on news from politics, the economy, society, and regional daily life. The broadcast content includes daily reports, local features, and magazine shows such as Kompass.

In addition to spoken contributions and news, the programme also devotes itself to cultural content. Shows such as Часът на българската музика or the music segment Алея на музиката offer airtime for national and regional music. The offering is complemented by formats such as България днес, which address supra-regional topics and round off the station’s editorial profile.
