Oldie Welle Ingolstadt

Oldie Welle Ingolstadt targets listeners in the Ingolstadt region and provides a musical program focusing on international classics and German-language cult hits. In addition to well-known hits by artists such as Umberto Tozzi, current news from the region shape the broadcasts of the Bavarian station.

Editorially, the focus is strongly on local events on the Danube and in the surrounding area. Coverage includes regular news on politics, culture, and sports, such as reports on the ice hockey club ERC Ingolstadt or the start of the semester at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Service elements with current traffic and speed camera reports, for example for busy routes such as the Bundesstraße 300, complement the daily program.

The offering is available via digital distribution channels, including its own web stream and integration for voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa. As a result, the program reaches not only the immediate city area but also carries the local feeling of life and the oldies far beyond the borders of Upper Bavaria.
