Radio Euroherz

Radio Euroherz sees itself as a local source of information for the Hochfranken region and the neighboring Vogtland. The program places a clear focus on daily current reporting from the broadcast area, with topics such as local police reports, municipal financial issues, or regional club sports taking prominent places. In addition to the news, music blocks focusing on current pop productions by artists such as Harry Styles or Mark Forster form the programmatic framework, moderated by voices like Julia Krause in the ‘Feierabendstarter’.

Beyond pure broadcasting operations, the station is strongly involved in the local community and appears as a supporter of various campaigns. These include, for example, the distribution of safety vests for traffic safety, the support of sports clubs, or a long-standing accompaniment of the Selber Wölfe ice hockey team in the Oberliga Süd. With this regional profile, the station asserts itself, according to its own statements, as a high-reach voice in its catchment area and maintains a close bond with its listeners through direct interaction options such as a studio hotline and social media.
