Klassik Radio – Chor

Klassik Radio – Chor is a digital radio station of the klassikradio.de network that focuses exclusively on choral music. It offers a comprehensive selection of vocal music, sacred and secular, from all epochs of classical music.

The program features works by well-known composers such as John Rutter, Eric Whitacre and Karl Jenkins, as well as requiems, opera choruses and multi-part vocal pieces with or without orchestral accompaniment. The stream is aimed at choral enthusiasts and presents the spectrum from unison chorales to complex oratorios.

As part of the main program of Klassik Radio, the chorale channel complements the offering with specialized content on choral music. No presenters are named, as the focus lies on pure music playback. The station is available online and targets a nationwide audience in Germany.
