About the station
Radio201 is one of the numerous niche stations broadcast via the platform laut.fm. The station focuses on a broad mix of current pop music and related genres. The musical programme ranges from internationally known stars such as Lady Gaga, Muse or Noah Kahan to German-speaking artists such as Tim Bendzko and Fantastischen Vier. This selection is complemented by hip-hop tracks, for example from Capital Bra, Apache 207 or Sa-Roc. The programme is organised as a pure web radio stream and does not require a terrestrial frequency.
The station’s structure is based on a continuous rotation, which is divided up by fixed programme formats such as the show of the same name, Rotation. Listeners can access Radio201 via various digital channels, including the dedicated laut.fm app for Android and iOS as well as popular radio aggregators such as radio.de or phonostar. Access via voice assistants such as Alexa is also possible. Those who wish to embed the stream directly into external players will find the corresponding MP3 or M3U addresses directly on the station’s website. The offering is financed through audio spots and is part of the open radio infrastructure of laut.fm, in which operators independently design their own programmes.
