ORF Radio Steiermark

From its regional studio in Graz, the public broadcaster ORF Radio Steiermark provides comprehensive regional information for the entire Green Mark. Its music programming places a clear focus on German-language schlager, popular Austro-Pop, and timeless oldies from past decades. Through a comprehensive frequency network, the programme is available in all Styrian regions, from the alpine districts in the north to the southern Styrian wine region.

In addition to current reporting on politics, business, and sport, folk culture programmes, brass band music formats, and contributions in the Styrian dialect shape the daily profile. Experienced presenters host daily magazine shows and regional news bulletins. The broadcasting house in Graz serves as the organisational centre, working closely with the regional offices to stay close to the everyday lives of its listeners.
